The core mission was and remains to be unlocking the potential. Unlocking the potentials to develop through education.

KWEA was borne out of a passion to offer mentorship and motivational talks to students in primary and secondary schools.
Over the years, KWEA programs have evolved in number and style addressing social accountability and improving enrolment, retention, and transition in learning institutions. This is owed to our commitment to creating demand-driven and client-centered intervention
