Who We Are

Founded in 2009 by then young graduates from Kwale County, KWEA is a non-profit, voluntary, membership community-based organization that was borne out of a passion to offer mentorship and motivational talks to students in primary and secondary schools.

Over the years, our programs have evolved in number and style addressing social accountability and improving enrolment, retention, and transition in learning institutions across Kwale County. This is owed to our commitment to creating demand-driven and client-centered interventions.
